You will be required to provide client focused services, including providing information on account balances and holdings, receiving and processing trading transactions via our in-house software (G2) or directly with the support of Global Markets Services traders. As a front line agent dealing directly with our clients, you will foster trusted relationships by doing all this to a high level of excellence.Main ResponsibilitiesWithin the Global Markets Access team based in Geneva, the Desk Specialist will manage daily communication and requests from Execution-only clients booked in Switzerland and from Direct Access clients.The role will require the candidate to:Understand and promptly respond to/action client queries and requests (through phone call, written or electronic media)Provide information about portfolio holdings or valuation and process client investment instructions as well as fund subscriptions/redemptionsProvide end-to-end support to the client across the entire trade process, including identity verification, order confirmation, trade input, and execution confirmation and reconciliationEnsure the entire trade process is compliant with our operational and financial risk frameworkLiaise with our internal service providers to ensure timely and accurate execution/resolution of clients’ request on their account activityComply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements. Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory trainings as required to attain and maintain competenceDesired profileQualification/education requiredUniversity education desirable (Bachelor/Master)Recognized diploma in investment welcome additionExperience requiredHistory of order taking and client interactionHistory of roles requiring high operational consistency and attention to detailGood knowledge of the key asset classes including equities, bonds, money market and FXFacility with IT investment tools: primarily use G2.
